Meet Camilla Marie Larsen: Materials Engineer
Camila is a Materials Engineer in our Development Department, and her experience captures what life at Polytech is all about. No two days look the same for her. One day she’s deep in testing and analysis, the next she’s collaborating with teammates to solve new technical challenges.
Her journey reflects our commitment to empowering engineers to learn, experiment, and continuously evolve. At Polytech, early-career professionals aren’t expected to have all the answers. They’re encouraged to explore, ask questions, and build confidence through real experience.

Meet Steven Bray: Business Development Manager
Steven leads business development for subsea and aftermarket solutions in the UK, connecting Polytech’s expertise in Denmark with customers abroad. At Polytech, he finds a unique combination of innovation, advanced technology, support, and flexibility, all within a company that truly values work-life balance.
Working in the UK while staying closely connected to the Danish team allows Steven to collaborate across borders, bringing sustainable energy solutions to life while maintaining strong ties with his colleagues. His role also offers the satisfaction of working directly with customers, helping them implement technologies that make a real difference in the world.

Meet Thor Brandt Sørensen: Test Engineer
Thor works as a Test Engineer at Polytech, where his role sits at the intersection of precision and problem solving. When asked to describe the culture at Polytech in three words, he chooses "challenging," "fun," and "technical." For Thor, the environment is the perfect fit for someone who values both the rigor of engineering and the enjoyment of a great team.
"I’ve learned that I enjoy routine work, but I also enjoy technical, difficult tasks," says Thor. At Polytech, he has the space to pursue both, ensuring that every project is as rewarding as it is challenging.

Our recruitment process
When we recruit, we evaluate all incoming applications on an ongoing basis. Due to the general data protection regulations (GDPR), we kindly ask you to apply using the link for the specific open position.
Once you submit your application, we will send you a receipt as confirmation. We will revert to you once we have read and evaluated your candidature.
As part of the recruitment process, we use personality tests as a tool for assessment, and we collect references in collaboration and agreement with the candidate.
All recruitment processes in Polytech are handled by the hiring manager in close collaboration with HR.
Unsolicited applications
If you do not find an open position that matches your profile and competences, you are more than welcome to send us an unsolicited application. We are reviewing all incoming applications on a continuous basis and if we find an opening that matches your profile and competences, we shall revert to you.
To comply with the general data protection regulations (GDPR), we store your applications for six months. After six months, we delete your application and related personal data from our database.
