Polytech announces CEO transition
Polytech today announces that Allan JF Kristensen has decided to step down as CEO at the end of February 2026 after receiving an external offer he has chosen to accept.
Allan JF Kristensen joined the company Polytech in June 2024 and under his leadership, Polytech has delivered strong results. The outlook for 2026 remains very positive.
Allan JF Kristensen, outgoing CEO said:
"I am proud of what we have built together at Polytech, and leaving is therefore bittersweet. I have received an opportunity I could not decline, and after careful consideration I have chosen to accept it. The Board of Directors is well advanced in the CEO search and appreciates that CFO Henrik Lykke Søberg and CCO Thorbjørn N. "I wish Allan all the best in his future endeavors. During his tenure, Polytech has been through a fantastic journey. We ended 2025 ahead of expectations, and 2026 also looks very positive. We have now initiated the process of appointing a new CEO, and until then our CFO Henrik Lykke Søberg and CCO Thorbjørn N. Rasmussen will jointly lead the company."
