Polytech today announced the appointment of René Balle as Chief Executive Officer.
René brings 20+ years’ leadership experience from the wind industry. He spent more than 12 years at KK Wind Group, most recently as President of the Power & Controls Division and previously held the roles of Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Technology Officer. Earlier in his career, he served as CTO at AREVA Wind and as Vice President Technology R&D at Vestas. Prior to that, he also worked at Radiometer, a Danaher owned company.
René Balle, incoming CEO, said:

René will join Polytech on 1 August 2026. Until then, CFO Henrik Lykke Søberg and CCO Thorbjørn N. Rasmussen will continue to lead the company.
